Održane BAFTA filmske nagrade: Oppenheimer ne prestaje dominirati, a Scorsese ne prestaje gubiti

Još uvijek smo u sezoni filmskih nagrada, a u Londonu su održane 77. BAFTA nagrade, koju dodjeljuje Britanska akademija filmske i televizijske umjetnosti. Riječ je o najprestižnijoj filmskoj nagradi u Velikoj Britaniji, a odlična je uvertira za Oscare koji nam uskoro stižu.

BAFTA nagrade vodio je svima omiljeni David Tennant (Doctor Who, Broadchurch). Večer je otvorila Sophie Ellis-Bextor s pjesmom Murder on the Dancefloor koju je proslavio film Saltburn. Najviše nominacija je imao Oppenheimer s njih 13, dok ga je pratio Poor Things s 11.

Ništa za Scorsesea

Očekivano, film Oppenheimer je dominirao i pokupio većinu glavnih nagrada, ali trijumfirali su i Poor Things i The Zone of Interest. Veliko razočaranje je za Martina Scorsesea. Njegov odlični Killers of the Flower Moon, unatoč devet nominacija, osvojio je nula nagrada.

Posebnom nagradom za postignuće BAFTA Fellowship uručena je glumici i redateljici Samanthi Morton poznata po filmovima Minority Report, Jane Eyre, Sweet and Lowdown i mnogim drugim, većinom, neovisnim filmovima.
